Vivian has a monkaroo
That she calls banana.
Banana who?
You say.
Banana monkaroo!
He’s green like a lime
And white like cotton
And he eats orange flavored grass.
He hangs by his tail,
And jumps on one leg.
When I see him I can’t help but laugh.
He carries Legos in his pouch,
Wears red high tops on his feet.
He’s a silly monkaroo for sure,
But one you’d want to meet!

There’s a dolphin living in my fridge,
Although I’ve never seen him.
That is, of course, if he’s not a she,
I wonder if he’s passing through, or settling in.
He fusses when I close the icebox,
Hmm… Maybe he IS really a he!
Busting out his best flipper impression,
A chirping Jamboree.
I have to chuckle upon each vocalization,
I think we’re warming up to each other.
I’m gonna call him enigma,
And enjoy without the need to discover!
